_OUR RICE & NORI
We use Ariake nori — Japan’s most prized seaweed, grown in nutrient-rich waters for a crisp bite and briny depth. Rice is cooked in small batches with filtered water, adjusted daily for temperature, humidity, and season. Every roll is built for the moment you eat it.
